About Anahata

Anahata Cacao represents a new cacao culture – a culture where enjoyment, awareness, and genuine connection come together. For us, cacao is more than a beverage. It is a ritual, a moment of pause, and an invitation to reconnect with oneself.

The name Anahata comes from Sanskrit and refers to the heart chakra – the place within us where compassion, connection, and love originate. These are precisely the qualities we want to bring into everyday life with our cacao.

OUR FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Adelina.

Since 2019, I have been guiding people as a holistic mentor and ritual leader. I create spaces where we can let go, draw strength, and reconnect with our inner nature.


Very early on, I sensed that my path led me to where consciousness and body meet. To where we don't just talk about healing, but experience it. Cacao has become a firm anchor in my everyday life on this path.

As a medium and in herbal medicine.

As a cardiac practice.

As a ritual that invites one to be present.

For me, drinking cacao is so much more than just enjoying a warm beverage.

It is a moment when I say YES to myself.

Anahata is the heart chakra.

The place within you where compassion, connection, and love reside.

Guatemala

I wanted to get to know the people, not just the raw material.

So I traveled to Guatemala. I stood in cacao forests. I shook hands with the people who process the beans.


I sat at the table with the families, ate with them, and listened to their stories. I saw how much pride and love they put into practicing this craft.


I realized that every cup of cacao carries within it a whole story of people, land, and devotion.


That's why I pay attention to fair agreements, clear relationships, and a transparent chain from the tree to your home.
